Refund Policy:

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email immediately since our shipping time is often times fasater than 5-7 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Process:

Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times for wholesale items are 7-10 business days. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frames listed above and then ship out orders! Shipping take 2-5 days.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. All sales are final. If you receive any items damaged, please contact Route (our package protection) and they will take care of this for. you.

Invalid Addresses:

We are not responsible for invalid addresses or items that are delivered to the incorrect address. In the case that your address is invalid, please reach out to us immediately before your order is printed or shipped so that we can take care of this for you at no additional cost. Once your order has been shipped and the address is invalid, you will be given a store credit in the form of a gift card to the email we have on file for you. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returned packages. Once your order has been shipped and USPS has delivered it to the wrong address, please contact your local USPS office and/or Route. USPS will re-locate your parcel and re-deliver it to you or you can have Route replace it for you if you have opted for their protection services at checkout.

Route Protection:

Route is the company we use for insurance/package protection. We highly advise using this service because it covers the cost of any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged. As stated above, The Mane Attraction is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged so this takes care of the cost for you for a very small fee!
